  Dealt with the rep AJ and have had an awesome experience. Very helpful, went beyond on a search for particular polycarbonate glasses I needed, always lending advice on products. Great service, very happy. Highly recommend.

  The prices of their equipment might be on the cheaper side compared to direct competitors but the reliability of their assortment is very poor, to put it mildly. Machines keep breaking down every couple of months and every time we would have to wait for the third-party repair technician to show up. For businesses that operate 7 days a week and can't afford to have their essential kitchen/bar equipment fail on them, I would recommend purchasing your equipment somewhere else.

  These guys are the champions of confusing people. I waste many hours researching a chargrill and find it in there google advertising. In there website, it says they have it in stock. I was about to order online, but thought that I'll talk next morning and order. I called and straight away the receptionist said, it's out of stock. Now a days, managing stock is no big issue as system does it for you. And they didn't want the system to do it, let people run after us. How incompetent and careless are they about people's time. I DO NOT recommend to even research on their products, they actually want people to call them by looking at more products, but they want to sell only want they make more money with. Will not buy anything from them, will pay $$$ extra from other suppliers, but not from these careless people.

  Really bad experience with this business. Our item was delivered two weeks late, poor communication through-out. Item arrived without a call from courier, then was dumped inside without positioning, although we had paid additional fee for this. Staff don’t care, no apology for inconvenience. Lovely to you when you want to buy, once you’re a customer they couldn’t care less about you. Don’t waste your time and money with these guys.
