  Friendly and helpful customer service. Great range of quality furniture at very competitive pricing. I purchased a king bed suite and a large buffet which where not on sale and it cost me less than a bedroom suite alone would have from other popular furniture stores with black Friday sales. Very happy with my purchase and service.
  Will definitely shop there again.

  My wife and I recently moved into a new home and we have pretty much filled it with The Furniture Traders furniture. We love the quality and reasonable pricing. The main guy at the Dandy store is a ripper. We enjoy great banter with him and love the service they provide. Keep up the good work

  Our first visit, having found this trader online. Large place with quite a large range of furniture for Living rooms and Bed rooms. Seems to be fairly priced, fixed with no bargains. The staff are friendly and the service has a personal feel, depending on which one of the staff you speak with. The owner/manager was quite helpful and personable. We’ve ordered some coffee tables so will post update upon delivery.

  I selected three items as a collection (coffee table, hallway table and TV unit) to buy then there was a mark on the floor TV unit, we accepted that and wanted to go in purchasing. We were waiting a call from the Dandenong store to proceed in the purchase but they didn't call, when I called them the next day to check the status, they told me the TV unit has been sold!! When I told them that we had a purchase quote already for the three items, the manager told me "I don't know what happened, and I have no information"!! How a store manager has no information and doesn't know what's going on!! Is this a way to deal with customers!!! worse experience ever!!!!

  Not helpful at all. We bought over 5k worth of sofas outdoor furniture etc from these guys a year ago. Went back today to spend more money and found some bar stools we really liked. We were not sure if they would fit properly our our kitchen so we asked if we could take 1 display stool for an hour (we live around the corner) and then bring it back. It was as if i had asked to borrow 1 million bucks. Its against our policy i will get into trouble with the boss etc. This guy used every excuse to try not to sell us these stools. I still don't understand what happened. In an area where furniture shops are a dime a dozen, staff should be bending over backwards to get your business. In the end i said fine, we will just buy them and if they don't fit i will return them? No way!! These stools have a no return policy. Sorry. Unbelievable. No one has benefitted from this ludicrous situation today except for Harvey Norman where i went straight after and just spent 4k because they wanted the business.

  I wish I found this place year's ago! Helpful staff and the prices are very very good. Well worth a look.
