We had to return it the next day because of some issues and the manager Robert Cordez was absolutely a disgraceful person. Definitely not the place I would recommend .

The sales staff were extremely rude- a lot of immature snickering and side eyes when we asked for a price match- $100 off. Then the sales person has the nerve to gossip and complain with his colleagues. I didnt realize this store was still in high school. After visiting another Harvey Norman in Frankston, we realised we should have never gone to the Dandenong store- the sales lady was so patient and went above and beyond to make us happy. Do yourself a favour and drive the extra 10 minutes for excellent service and a great sales team in Frankston.
- Lali Bhullar Added August 18, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor customer service, we bought Java dinning table 2 months ago, when we got delivery, it's one leg stopper is missing, delivery man told me call to the store, they can arrange new leg stopper for you. We call them more than 10 times they just make excuses to arrange new one, but we still waiting. I can't believe that kind of big frinchise store, how poor service????
