Had my set for just over 5 years (just in time for warranty to end) and the black paint had been coming off from day 1, now the spring has gone through the foam insert of the cushion we use the least. Took it elsewhere for repair after they gave me the run around, and the authentic Chesterfield factory (in Airport West) told me the cushion looked like a refurb as it looked far older than 5 years - and it had just been sprayed instead of doing the proper staining, which explained the black stuff that kept coming off when I wiped it (with a basic soft cloth and only water) to clean off dust. Disgraceful....

I was looking for chesterfield sofas online and their website came up
I called them to confirm couple of stuff and the person that I spoke to advised me to email them
I emailed them and they responded quickly with an invoice explaining the next steps to order
Anyway I ordered Tuesday and it was delivered on Saturday
Sofas were in boxes and individual packages
The quality is really good plus they provide 5 years warranty
They provided excellent customer service and couldn’t be happier!!
