    Bought a caravan from a Jayco dealer in Melbourne, was advised by the salesman and even service guys that my vehicle (Toyota Prado) would legally tow the caravan. That there was nothing to worry about. We have since found out that the Prado cannot tow this van legally, the Prado can tow 2.5T and the van has a tare mass of 2.2T and a ATM Rating of 2.62T
    Needless to say extremely disappointed with all concerned at this dealership, have advised all of my friends looking at buying a caravan to steer clear of this dealership.
    We have since have to upgrade our tow vehicle (extra cost) to legally tow this van, otherwise we have been advised that both car insurer and caravan insurer would wipe us if anything had happened.

    This company has s pathetic customer service policy, once they get your money they don't give you the time of day.
