  Take the deposit upfront, promise 5-6 week delivery and then they drive you mad with scheduling...after delivering the project with a 3 week delay they threat you of legal action if you don't pay on time.
  
  Dear owner thank you for your answer although i have different views:
  
  1-trade site measure was on the 14 of october hence you delivered in 8 weeks and 5 day lead time which to me means 9
  2-we had to actively project manage you with 10 calls to get a scheduled date (not counting the ones you didn t answer or we were told people were not availble)
  3-only when I told you I was going to cancel the job you started to take the matter seriously and you showed up
  4-As per 1 you are the first in breach of the contract so who gives you the right to ask me to comply to COD?
  5-Free of charge advice I recommend you to sign up your zealant finance team for a customer care and communications course
