1. Technician comes out to your home and tries to convince you there are no problems with the lounge suite, and that all the problems are in your head. Later, the store manager called to have a long conversation about how reputable plush-think sofas are and how great they are for being in business for such a long time. They would not listen to us at all. The 10 year warranty they advertise is a load of BS and will void it at any chance they get at their own discretion. Seriously, if you think about purchasing from plush consider any warranty claims non-existent.
